Hello, My Friend! Hello today!
I hope you are in a good way!
No matter rain, no matter shine,
I always hope your day is fine!
Today is such a special day!
I have just a few words to say!
Almost 800 years ago,
Some grand folks, in Ireland, did show
Their great Faith in Jesus, our King,
Their hope, trust, and praises did sing!
St. Dominic was the one who
Showed them the way, and helped them, too.
They learned the Truth and shared it well
To all in Ireland, they could tell
About God’s Love, like good St. Pat …
All things of Faith…all things like that!
Thank you, Dominicans, I say!
We, Leprechauns, thank you today!
Enjoy this Feast in a grand way!
St. Dominic, thank you, we say!
I’m so glad to tell this today!
